Make a claim

Material Loss or Damage

Cover for risks of physical loss, destruction or damage to property not specifically excluded in the policy wording.

  • $2,500,000 (combined Material Damage and Consequential Loss)
  • Sub limit $500,000 in respect of Flood

All real and personal property of every kind and description (except as specifically excluded) belonging to the Member or for which the Member is responsible. 

Consequential loss

Resultant consequential loss following material loss or damage (business interruption) for the below items.

  • Gross profit including Payroll
    • $2,500,000 (combined Material Damage and Consequential Loss)

Some included sub-limits:

  • Claims preparation and proving costs
    • $100,000 cover limit
  • Additional expenditure/additional increased cost of working
    • $100,000 cover limit

 

365 day coverage

With an annual renewal date of 30 June.

  • $50,000,000 cover limit, any one occurrence

  • 50,000,000 cover limit, in the aggregate during any one period of insurance in respect of claims arising from products

Allianz Australia Insurance Ltd – Motor Vehicle

Make a claim

Loss or damage

  • For vehicles with comprehensive cover only
  • Motorcycle, car, 4WD, utility or van of not more than 2 tonne carrying capacity: Market value up to a maximum of $50,000 any one vehicle in respect of the Member’s or delivery driver’s vehicles

Legal liability

  •  $35,000,000 cover limit, in respect of any one Accident or series of Accidents

365 day coverage

With an annual renewal date of 30 June.

Frequently asked questions

  • Confirmation of who owns the vehicle, i.e.: corporate, franchisee owned vehicle or delivery driver owned vehicle;
  • Was the vehicle on a delivery at the time of the incident or being used for another purpose?
  • Copy of the relevant driver’s license;
  • Copy of work visa (if applicable);
  • Daily Order Summary - proof of delivery (required for all Delivery claims);
  • Copy of the relevant vehicle’s registration papers; and
  • 3rd Party vehicle and driver details and contact information

The Discretionary Trust Arrangement is not insurance because one element of the Arrangement involves the Trustee’s absolute discretion whether or not to pay a Claim and how much to pay. The Discretionary Trust Arrangement is a Managed Investment Scheme made up of two parts: The Scheme Cover and The Insurance Cover.
